Every week, you will receive check-ins to review your progress, adjust your daily goals, evaluate your food log, and keep you accountable and motivated. Whatever hangup you may experience with your workout program and diet, be sure we will find a way to overcome it. For example, if you’re having a hard time sticking with a workout routine after work because you’re too tired or get distracted by emails, we will find solutions such as switching your workout time routine from the evening to the morning. And the best part is that my support doesn’t stop when we end our weekly check-in. You can message me 24/7 whatever questions you may have.

After assessing your current eating habits, I’ll help you balance your plate with fibre, healthy fat, and protein. Each week you will receive nutrition advice, including main meals, snacks and drinks. I will teach you how to stop fearing your favourite foods and strike the perfect balance between health and enjoyment. Whether you have a love-hate relationship with food, binge-eat, let empty calorie foods sap your energy, or got confused by all the conflicting nutrition advice out there, we will cover the basics of healthy eating and find the best ways for you to eat a balanced diet and still enjoy your food.
